Bob is also Australasia’s foremost property management trainer and business consultant having consulted to over 370 companies across Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Since becoming a trainer in 1983, Bob has personally trained more than 20,000 property management practitioners.
Bob really “practices what he preaches” as he not only coaches and mentors many of Australia’s leading property management companies, he also operates his own rent roll in Sydney’s inner west, called True Property.
Monica Chen
Monica has more than 12 years of experience in various different areas of real estate industry in New Zealand, including strata management, commercial property management, and professional property investing and trading.
Being a keen property investor in residential properties since 2006 and having a real passion for entrepreneurship, Monica started running her real estate related businesses since 2007 leaving behind her corporate career. Monica started building a rent roll from scratch in 2010 in central Auckland, New Zealand. Today she is operating a profitable rent roll with 6 full time staff across two locations in Central Auckland.
Danny Tan
Danny has been working in the Internet and software Industry since 2000. He has extensive experience in Software businesses, Portal Businesses, Online and Enterprise Mobile Solutions, Online Professional Content Businesses, Gaming and Cloud business solutions.
In the beginning of his career, Danny involved in the development of several e-commerce portals and management systems for government agencies and MNC such as Motorola. Danny was also involved in building the very first cross platform massive multi player online game in the world for Nokia.
Danny founded Blue Orange Solutions after he moved to Auckland in 2013. Prior to Blue Orange Solutions, Danny was active in iPhone and iPad enterprise apps solutions design and development across South East Asia regions serving the likes of enterprises such as Ricoh, Canon, Fuji Xerox and DBS bank.
