Why do I need this software, my property management software provides most information and reports already?
PMPC is fundamentally different from property management software in THREE areas:
1. Property management software deals with property management operations. PMPC is a business management and performance management software. PMPC serves simply as an over-arching business management tool. They are fundamentally different.
2. PMPC reports on team and business performance and that is all it does. This means users have a record of the snapshot of the property management business at the end of each month. It also makes available information on the historic trends for any team member or areas within your business. Most property management software is not designed for this purpose, and that is why most professional property management businesses still run some sort of manual version of the “end of month reports” to record performance and business data month by month. Interactive spreadsheets are the most common tools to fill this gap.
3. Good business practice always starts from knowing where you are at now. Running 10 different reports from 15 different areas in your property management software simply does not provide clarity or make it simple to understand where you are at easily. This is one of the reasons why some business owners do not know what to look for, where to look for answers and how to look for them.

A user is anyone who needs individual access to your Entry screens, Reports and Dashboards.
Is PMPC an ‘on premises’ or a cloud solution?
PMPC is a cloud based software.
What kind of hardware do I need?
PMPC is designed to run on any internet enabled device – computer, tablet or smartphone.
What kind of browser does PMPC support?
PMPC is designed to run on any internet browser with the exception of Internet Explorer.
What is included in the Set Up Fee?
This fee covers:
- Setting up all the user accounts, names and login details
- Insertion of your business logo on all relevant pages of the site
How long do I have to sign up for?
All PMPC user agreements run for a minimum fixed term of 12 months. Once the initial fixed term expires you may drop out on a minimum of 1 month’s notice.
